DRIVEN DIESEL DD-60FS-STD-RRK-V2 STANDARD REGULATED RETURN FUEL SYSTEM

Driven Diesel DD-60FS-STD-RRK-V2 Standard Regulated Return Fuel System that is a great way to upgrade the fuel system in your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. This kit provides adjustable fuel pressure capability and does away with the "dead-head" factory fuel rails. This is accomplished by connecting the end of each fuel rail together through a Bypass Fuel Pressure Regulator. This kit includes banjo bolts with larger high flow units and removes the restrictive check valves. The replacement Fuel Feed Lines (from the fuel filter to the cylinder heads) in this kit will replace the leaking or corroded factory lines on your fuel system.

The fundamental benefit of this Regulated Return Fuel System Kit is greatly increased fuel flow through the heads.
This increase means that each fuel injector has enough fuel volume and pressure throughout the RMP range to eliminate "Wide Open Throttle Pressure Drop". If you are installing stock or aftermarket injectors, this return regulator kit will increase injector life and lessen injector noise.
