Shipping and Tax Policy
GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE ships via UPS, FedEx, and USPS to give you the best prices on shipping. GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE will only ship to the fifty U.S states and Canada which excludes all other international destinations. In the event that you, the customer, places an order to an International address not listed above, GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund. Additional shipping charges will apply to areas not within the lower 48 United States.
When will my product be shipped out?
Most products ordered on this site will ship within 1-3 weeks as they are built to order, exceptions may include items that have back ordered parts and/or longer lead times on building.
How long will it take to receive my product?
Once an order ships, most orders are received within 3-6 business days depending on your location. Non-stock, special order and out of stock items may take 1-2 weeks to be received. If you would like to check inventory or estimated ship date/lead times please contact us via the contact form.
APO/FPO Shipping (Military Address)
GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE can ship product directly to APO or FPO addresses via the US Postal Service. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Canadian Duties & Taxes
The recipient of an international Canadian shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you the recipient; GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE has no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from city and province; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
US Sales Tax
Items sold by GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE, and shipped to destinations in the state of North Carolina are subject to tax.
Product & Core Return Policy
A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required, and must be written on the outside shipping carton. Contact GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return shipment instructions.
- Returns must be packaged securely in an outer carton
- Do not write on the product packaging itself. Write only on the outer shipping carton.
- Returnable items must be received by GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE within 30 days of the product being received by you the customer. (determined by UPS Tracking info)
- Returned product must be in new, resell able condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, etc.
- Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused or a restocking fee of 40% may be assessed.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to return products.
Unauthorized Returns
- Items returned to GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE without a valid RMA number will not be processed.
- GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE will not be responsible for unauthorized returns.
Some Circumstances in which credit will not be issued but not limited to:
- Product has been installed and/or used
- Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
- Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts
- Seal on electrical parts is broken
- Product serial number does not match that of which was original shipped to buyer
- Product is deemed not resell able by GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE due to customer’s own actions in dealing with the product
Once the product is returned and inspected you will be issued a Store Credit or Exchange.
Shipments refused by you the customer and returned back to GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE will carry an automatic 40% restocking fee deducted from the total credit owed.
Core returns
Core credit returns will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase. After 30 days, core credit refunds will be at the discretion of GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE. GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE recommends using a carrier that provides package tracking to ensure your product gets back safely and quickly. You will not be reimbursed for shipping costs incurred in shipping the core. The credit card used for the purchase of the product will be credited with the core’s original invoiced value AFTER inspection. Cores that have been disassembled or have missing and/or damaged major components (even from shipping) will not receive full core credit.
Liability
Our products are for RACE/COMPETITION USE ONLY! Any other use, on ANY road, public or private, within the USA, is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Use of this product may damage or destroy mechanical and/or electrical components of this vehicle.
Use of this product may void or nullify the vehicles factory warranty.
User understands that motorsports are dangerous, and that installation of this product may subsequently require special driving skills or techniques to safely operate the vehicle.
User assumes sole responsibility for the safe, proper, and legal use of the vehicle at all times.
The purchaser and end user releases, indemnifies, discharges, and holds harmless GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE from any and all claims, damages, causes of action, injuries, or expenses resulting from or relating to the use or installation of this product that is in violation of the terms and conditions on this page, the product disclaimer, and/or the product installation instructions. GREENLINE DIESEL PERFORMANCE will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, punitive, statutory, or incidental damages or fines cause by the use or installation of this product.
