Shipping and Tax Policy
Greenline Diesel & Auto Repair ships via UPS, FedEx, and USPS to provide the best shipping rates. We only ship within the 50 U.S. states and Canada, excluding all other international destinations. If an order is placed for an international address not listed above, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Additional shipping charges apply to areas outside the lower 48 United States.
When will my product be shipped?
Most products on this site will ship within 1-3 weeks, as they are built to order. However, exceptions may include items with back-ordered parts or longer lead times.
How long will it take to receive my product?
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-6 business days, depending on your location. Non-stock, special-order, and out-of-stock items may take 1-2 weeks. To check inventory or estimated ship date, please contact us.
APO/FPO Shipping (Military Addresses)
We ship directly to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Canadian Duties & Taxes
Canadian shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees upon arrival. These additional charges must be paid by the recipient, as we have no control over them. Customs policies vary, so please check with your local customs office for more details.
U.S. Sales Tax
Orders shipped to North Carolina are subject to sales tax.
Product & Core Return / Cancellation Policy
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for returns and must be written on the outer shipping carton. Contact Greenline Diesel & Auto Repair to obtain an RMA number and return shipping instructions.
Return Guidelines:
• Returns must be packaged securely in an outer carton.
• Do not write on product packaging; only write on the outer shipping carton.
• Returns must be received within 30 days of customer receipt (determined by UPS tracking).
• Products must be new and resellable, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, etc.
• Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected. Credit may be refused, or a restocking fee of up to 40% may be applied at our discretion.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Unauthorized Returns
• Items returned without a valid RMA number will not be processed.
• We are not responsible for unauthorized returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
Credit will not be issued for:
• Installed or used products.
• Products damaged due to improper installation or use.
• Products missing original packaging, manuals, or parts.
• Electrical parts with broken seals.
• Products with serial numbers that don’t match our records.
• Products deemed non-resellable due to customer actions.
Once inspected, a store credit or exchange will be issued.
Cancellations & Restocking Fees
• Orders for made-to-order parts may incur a restocking fee of up to 40%, depending on the product and production stage at the time of cancellation.
• Customers must contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Orders already in production may not be eligible for a full refund.
Refused Shipments
• Shipments refused and returned to us will be subject to a 40% restocking fee, deducted from the refund.
Core Returns
Core returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, core refunds are at our discretion. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and quick return. Shipping costs for core returns are non-refundable.
• The credit card used for purchase will be credited for the core’s original invoiced value after inspection.
• Cores that have been disassembled or have missing/damaged major components (even due to shipping damage) will not receive full credit.
Liability Disclaimer
• Our products are for RACE/COMPETITION USE ONLY. Use on any public or private road in the U.S. is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
• Use of our products may:
• Damage or destroy vehicle components.
• Void the vehicle’s factory warranty.
• Require special driving skills for safe operation.
• The user assumes full responsibility for the safe, legal, and proper use of the vehicle.
By purchasing and installing our products, the customer releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless Greenline Diesel & Auto Repair from any claims, damages, injuries, or expenses related to the use of our products. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from their use.
