2026 Competition 6R140 Transmission – Warren Diesel Shop

The Competition 6R140 is a high-performance upgraded rebuild of the Ford TorqShift 6R140 automatic transmission for 2011-2019 Ford Super Duty trucks with the 6.7L Powerstroke diesel. Warrantied to 800 rear-wheel horsepower (RWHP), it’s engineered for heavily tuned setups, competition, extreme towing, or aggressive street driving with proven reliability and drivability.

10-Pack Stroked Overdrive Drum for Ford 6R140 – Warren Diesel Shop

The stroked 10-pack overdrive drum is a precision-modified OEM Ford component designed for extreme-performance 6R140 transmissions in 2011-2019 6.7L Powerstroke trucks. To accommodate 10 high-energy clutches (vs. stock 7), the drum is carefully disassembled, shimmed for additional clearance, and the halves are TIG-welded back together with expert craftsmanship for perfect alignment and strength.

This modification dramatically increases holding power in the critical 4-5-6 (overdrive) clutch pack, eliminating shift flare, reducing heat, and supporting 800+ RWHP builds for competition, heavy towing, or aggressive street use.
